Circuit Classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday Mornings at 7am at the Columbia Ridge Rec Centre

Duration: 45 minutes (consists of a warmup, a 25 minute circuit and stretching)

The classes run on a monthly membership of $110 for July (12 days) and $100 for August (11 days). No classes on stat holidays and Candace will be away for a week in August.

What is a circuit class?
A circuit class has five different stations where bodyweight exercises are performed at your highest level of intensity. Of course, if I see that you are "taking it easy", I will "encourage" you to push harder...I want you to SWEAT! :) Each "movement" (or exercise) is performed as hard as you can for 1minute and then you are directed to switch to the next station. You will do five full rounds of five stations which gives you a 25 minute high intensity workout.
To keep it fresh and exciting the exercises will eventually be repeated but not in the same sequence, so you don't know what you will be doing until you show up. The program is designed to target all areas of your body with a little bit of cardio thrown in. You WILL become a stronger, toned and more confident person.
